TARDIS Cake: It's Prettier On The Inside

YOU GUYS! I haven't made a cake in SO LONG (since Christmas, actually, and here in Ohio, at that!), and this one was SO VERY MUCH FUN.

And I believe I promised you theme music...

I watch the cake to make sure it doesn't burn.

Light box (gum drop and an extra large Smartie...and some icing).



Tiniest lettering I've ever done (I couldn't managed the "public call" part, but I tried).

Wow, that is impressive. I am totally in awe that you were able to stack that cake so high with no dowels.

Honestly, though, I'm pleased with it. It's the first cake I ever made in two pieces, and it stuck together really well (even if you can totally see the seam!). There are two dowels in it.

It was sooooo delicious! But not as cute as the Appa cake. Someday, I will make Stonehenge and it will be AMAZING.
