Dude, these are great.

I was planning to make a batch of text icons from Tangled, but then I realized THAT THERE ARE SO MANY GREAT LINES FROM THE MOVIE.

So, I promised myself if I start making some progress on my Tangled BB fic (read: 10k) then I will allow myself make some icons.

I started that fic, but I didn't finish it. I found it mildly creepy after a while? I don't even know. Because usually I'm pretty good with "real world" Disney fallout stories, but this one just did quite fit with me, for whatever reason.

real world? it's totally fanfic set in the same place? Same story? or am I misinterpreting?
(also, totally fanfic since it pushes believability for the real world soooooo much, but I accepted that it was a shippy story and moved on)

I meant in that they don't just live happily ever after, but do, in fact, make an attempt to deal with Rapunzel's PTSD and her complete inability to understand how a relationship is supposed to work (is this the one where he tells her he loves her and she says "I love you more" without even blinking, and he's all "Ummm, we should talk about this"? I can't remember).

That was the bit I kinda really liked, the dealing with the brainwashing and such.
But they do live happily ever after in the end ^^ (not really a spoiler)
