(Though I think Kamala should totally ditch The Boy who STILL makes fun of the LotR movie ending in 2016. Like, leaving aside the part where it's a dick move, it's also SO UNORIGINAL. You deserve better, Kamala.)

Anyway, I think I love these so much because they're a mix of Family and Superhero with...minimal angst? Like, when dudes do it, it's all "YOU'VE KILLED THE GIRL I LOVE!", but Kamala is all "OOPS I ACCIDENTALLY SENT A GOLEM TO MY BROTHER'S ENGAGEMENT PARTY AND IT ACHIEVED SENTIENCE!"
I'm on the fence about Mike. On one hand, I am happy to see her, and I like that she makes Kamala face "real life" a little more (and that they don't hate each other!), but on the other hand, she is basically a collection of stereotypes at this point, and there hasn't been enough time to develop her (though: I will say, there have been enough flashes of PLANS to develop her that I am okay with waiting. I trust Wilson a lot, basically).
ANYWAY, my love for this series continues unabated and I want to read it forever.
