I really liked this one a lot!
It's written almost as a whodunnit, designed to make you question story format and character intention, and then challenges your expectations at every turn. Plus it includes several of my favourite things: girls who know their own minds and aren't afraid to use them, teamwork, boys who listen, families that are complicated-but-not-horrific, etc.
It's contemporary, but only just, which I always enjoy. All in all, a great way to spend Sunday morning.
