This film excites me because it is such a legacy piece. The legendary actors are back. So many familiar faces and characters. The practical sets. The feel of the 1st film (which is the only one I've ever seen). I've made it part of the way through the others, but they didn't feel the same. I saw the 1st movie twice, two nights in a row. I'm hoping that this one does not disappoint because I would love to fall back in love with the franchise and have that emotional attachment renewed.

I would imagine that those who work on Doctor Who feel the same way... the magic. "Pinch me. I can't believe I'm part of this." When you've grown up adoring the stories, it must be amazing to get to work on filming one and become a tiny piece of the legacy.
