The Strange Maid

I just finished Tessa Gratton's THE STRANGE MAID, which is the sequel to last year's THE LOST SUN.

It was good. It was really good. I'm going to be processing it for a couple of days, basically. And I STILL might not have all the words I want to talk about it.

Also, somehow, it tied into THE LOST SUN perfectly and subtly, and at the same time, I think you could read TSM without reading TLS first.

(You should totally read them both. Tessa has basically made all the characters that I love. It's amazing.)

redbrunja, if you've got some time, I think this might be something you like, if only for the 'ship in TSM.
