In a little over 24 hours, I will be watching THE HOBBIT. This is mostly how I feel:

(Seriously, though, I think emmaorgana is the only person I know who gets this reference when I use it. I don't understand why that is.)

It's gotten to the point in my life where when me or one of my sisters say something and we all laugh, my mom wants to know what we're quoting from. Even if we aren't. She almost remembers most of the Star Wars ones now, even though I don't think she's actually seen the movie since she took us in 1997.

I finally saw the first Hobbit and it made me think that maybe what I thought was a dislike of hobbits, after watching the LotR movies, was more of a dislike of Frodo ;)

That said, I still have a preference for the humans and elves of middle earth.
