OMG SIMON!!! This is going to be one of the situations where I love a character more in the movie than in the book.

Little Aiden Turner grew up. He is also so stupidly type cast it's hilarious. The Beard does deserve it's own credit.

I loved Simon a lot in the books, but only because I love the idea of how being Jewish affects also being a vampire. (And because his description of what happens when the "I love you" "I know" exchange happens outside of Star Wars is SPOT. ON.)

I love that Aidan Turner is now a cult-famous vampire, a famous dwarf and a kind of famous werewolf.
