This is another WIP, but it seems to be progressing well. It's a re-write of the movie with Dis as a member of the Company, and it's also Dis/Dwalin, which makes me extra happy. It's funny and moving, like the movie itself, and Dis's POV really helps make sense of Thorin and the others.

Also: DIS IS A BAMF.

I want ALL OF THE DIS FIC.

Specifically, I want the fic where Dis was all "Hey, you know what would be a good idea? If I had kids who didn't have known fathers, so that they could ONLY be claimed by the line of Durin" and then Fili happened, and then Dwalin was all "Hey, look, I know what you're doing, and I promise I will never, ever claim this kid but..." and then Kili, because THEIR'S IS AN EPIC AND SERIOUSLY DEPRESSING LOVE.

Or something.

I'd also settle for more hugging and axe fights. I'm pretty easy.
