Fic Rec: The MORE KITTENS!!! Edition

penknife has made another contribution to this week's unofficial Sanctuary theme of Kittens (and petting).

To recap, we had Close Calls, a Nikola/James story which manages to be sad, hysterical (though not in the "hysterically funny" sense) and dangerous all at the same time, and then of course Practical Cats (And A Dog), which is vaguely Helen/Nikola/John, but honestly the first few times I read it I was laughing so hard about the part wherein NIKOLA IS A CAT that I missed it.

Today, penknife has added Animal Welfare, feature Nikola, John, Henry, Kate and Will (along with the requisite kittens).

Oh, and this one is about James and a basset hound (and Pearl!): Reunion, by artaxastra

ETA: AND! icarus_chained has come along with Catch Cat, Nikola, Cait Sidhe, Electric Wiring...what could go wrong?

I fully support anyone else who would like to participate in this. :)

By which I mean "I'm at my day job and planning vaguely for this evening whilst also writing a flashfic where in Something Large attacks Toronto."

I think I'll pass on writing more kitten fics. I'm far too busy at the moment and the only fic I want to concentrate on until it's done is my remix. Which does mean the waistcoat fic will be delayed.
