This is a call for prompts. Nothing too insane, please, but my goal is 500 words of Original Something by the end of the day, and I am drawing a blank.
It can be words, an opening line, a picture or an idea (or any combination). The plan is flashfic that's not related to Sanctuary. :)
(Also, probably no fairies either, but that's just because I have a well documented poor track record with them.)

Also, if my Remixer is reading this, please feel free to do pretty much whatever you want. If you do manage to remix Venatus Debitum, I'll be seriously impressed. ;) Mostly, though, you can do anything that isn't a remix itself, even if it's not Sanctuary. My fic isn't all on A3O, so if you want something else, you can find it on my Master Post. Have fun! I look forward to it.

They are distinct, unique in the lizard clade for their gait and their skin shifting, and that's before you take into account the fact that they can move their eyes separately from one another. And when you focus on things like how they were designed for climbing and their tongues are highly, highly extrudable...
Well let's just say it's annoying when some know-it-all thief shows up on a purloined and ill-tempered horse and persists in calling you a frog.
It does get you out of periodic dress fittings, though, and back outside. Pascal thinks it might almost be worth it.
