Dear Yuletide Author:

I have to tell you a secret. No matter how excited I am about a ficathon, or how brilliant I think my own request is, three days after I've submitted it, I have totally forgotten what it was. Fortunately, I LOVE surprises, and even though last year's Yuletide was my first and I was nervous, I was really thrilled with what I got because I am kind of notorious for loving everything.
That said, I do have some general things I like.
For the Avatar: The Legend of Korra prompt, I am interested to see Sokka and Toph as old people (because I think it would be funny!), but also to see the Gaang move on after Aang when confronted with a new Avatar. They don't have to train her, because I think that would be unreasonable, but I would like to see them have a bit of a talk about how they all feel about it. I would prefer if Suki and Sokka were married, but I can take it if they aren't.
At the end of Dollhouse, I really wanted Adelle to save Dominic from the Attic and then go off and live dysfunctionally ever after with him. Or just have hate sex. Whatever works.
I'm kind of surprised at myself for picking The Force Unleashed. But I would love to see some feeeeeeelings between Starkiller and Juno because I'm a sap, and because, well, I'm a sap. Bonus points for Leia. Extreme bonus points and eternal worship for Han, but only if you can make it work. (I am okay with being spoiled for the second book/game.)
When it comes to Alanna and George, I'll pretty much take anything that involves them living happily ever after. I would love to see a story of them being old and crotchety together, and but I am totally not averse to them having wacky spy adventures and saving the kingdom a couple of times before breakfast.
I can't wait to read what you've written! I am excited already just thinking about it, and even though I'll have to keep checking this letter to remember what I asked for, I'll get a thrill of anticipation every time I re-read it.
Thank you so much for participating!
Happy Yuletide,
grav

*draws hearts and flowers around them*
(Yes, even though I separated them forever in my NaNo novels because the plot bunny that attacked me and started it all absolutely required a descendant of Anakin Skywalker. Clearly, I enjoy writing angst!)
