I love these books so much. It was awesome to get caught up on them (and to read two back to back instead of waiting in between).

Wind Raker has such an amazing sense of place and time (Hawaii, 1935). The details were absolutely engaging, but never do Graham and Scott allow for fake-nostalgia to make you think the past was particularly idyllic. It's masterfully done.

And Oath Bound is mine. Wonderfully drawn, probably the most anxiously plotted of the series, and with this inevitability pushing in from all sides (archaeologically, aeronautically, politically). And yet. Always hope.

I love the Order of the Air so much, you guys. So very much.
