I really, really love Helen. A lot. At various points in history. Twice. And her relationships with James and John are just so wonderfully complicated, as is the relationship between the two men. I love "period" fics where they try to figure things out, post-Ripper fics where Helen and James try to put things back together with the spectre of John looming over them, and James/Declan in the current time line.

(Also, I love Nikola, but I didn't want to be greedy. I would love if he showed up in the background...)

While I'm not a fan of excessive angst, and I don't like non-con or torture AT ALL, I do like a certain amount of melancholy and "oh, [fill in the blank]" while reading.

A quick look around my fic list and my recs list should let you know what I like to read. Basically, I love just about everything, provided the characters are done. I am an easy person to please. ;)
