(If it didn't come with ears, let me recommend aradanicostumes.com/ - they sell the ears alone or a very nice kit with ears, spirit gum, makeup to blend, and some jewelry to help hide the seams, though I actually didn't need the last. The "fair" coloring is very pale, but that's my only caveat. /costume geek)
