Yes, you can. There's a note underneath it that says "Silver White Cupcakes: Line 30 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups, fill about 1/2 full, and bake 20 to 25 minutes." So I imagine you can adjust for whatever size cupcake you need. ^_^
