New Fic: Attack of the...Penguins? (SGA)
AN:I had great plans to write Eid fic for ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
irony_rocks again, but it didn't work out. Like, at all.
Instead I found a snippet I wrote back in January from a prompt thatlyssie gave me which has nothing to do with anything, except for the Penguins.
Spoilers: None, really.
Disclaimer: Seriously, at this point is it even a question?
Summary: At the time, Rodney had thought that telepathic non-whales would be the worst.

Attack of the...Penguins?
At the time, Rodney had thought that telepathic non-whales would be the worst. Or course, that had been two and a half planets ago (long story, suffice to say: moving's a bitch).
They approached Atlantis is a massive herd (flock? pod? The biologists quibbled for weeks and it was only solved when Chuck asked Walter to Google it during the monthly check in), black and white and beaked all over. And flippers. Giant flippers.
By the time Radek figured out that the colour of the underside of the city mimicked the colour displayed by the penguins during mating season, Rodney had rather gotten used to them. But then they left, and John wouldn't let him keep one as a pet.
